This is how to animate captions in Premiere Pro. So as you can see I have these captions in a timeline and I can't apply any effect to them. To change this we need to convert them into a graphic layer so select all the captions in the timeline then go to the top left of graphics and titles. Now simply click on upgrade caption to graphic. We can now see that the captions change color that there are now a graphic layer. Now to animate all of them simply select all the graphics layers then simply apply any preset or any effect to it and we have now animated all captions. subscribe.
