  3. Lecon 1.3 - Premiere pratique (25 min)

    Simulation d un premier sprint: creation du backlog, planning poker et attribution des user stories.

  4. Lecon 2.1 - Sujets avances (20 min)

    Scrum avance: refinement, velocity, definition of done et gestion des impediments.

  5. Lecon 2.2 - Etude de cas (30 min)

    Analyse d une transformation Agile reelle dans une entreprise de taille moyenne.

  6. Lecon 2.3 - Projet final (35 min)

    Concevoir le plan de transformation Agile complet pour un projet fictif fourni en enonce.
